Canadian Safe Boating Council wanted to highlight the dangers of drunk boating. Within the same laws as drinking and driving, drunk boating faces the same dangers and a host of others. Especially drowning. CSCB wanted to bring attention to the dangers a single drink can offer to a weekend on the lake.
